Here are rules we keep:

  • If your radio not work, not start, please try these steps for unbrick radio
  • If you still have issue need to be send us the e-mail with your issues as detail as possible, we will help remotely first to save you the time and cost shipping back and forth.
  • We not accept any parcels out of the EU 

 

Most common issues and how to fix

  • binding issues - Radio and reciever has own firmwares. If are diferent in standard FCC or EU or are diferent in version the reciever not see radio and bind is not possible. Be sure you have same type of firmware in radio and in RX. 

Example: X9DP 2019 ACCESS radio with 2.1 FW in module (not OpenTX it is diferent FW ) needs the ACCESS 2.1.x or ACCST 2.1 in recevers. Fix is to flash recievers to 2.1 versions. 

Note: ACCESS recievers not have firmwares for region standards FCC or EU available, all is one FW file. 

  • Issue with region standard in radio - sorry we cant share any tools to change this setting, EU forbids it. We are in EU where you must use EU compliant devices and delivering device not comliant with EU is fail of the seller. 

Radio not start:

  • If start with blank screen or without backlight you probably load bad firmware to it. Be sure you have load the right firmware for your type of tradio. 
  • If the radio start and stay on logo, it means the model is broken, cant be load. Use bootloader to start, connect to companion, change default model or make new and set as default and safe to radio. Try startup radio.
  • If the radio not start without life signs try unbrick radio by guide above in text.   

 

What is warranty and how long.

We keep warranty on items what was not demaged by the user or inappropriate use, bad flash, modification or use out of specification.

How does repair progress work

We receive the item and it is inspected. Inspection can take a time as there can be more items in queue. After inspection of the item and paperwork item wait in repair queue.  In case of complicated repairs we need to wait for correct spare parts. After repair is item send back to your address for free.

Please note: is hard to answer how long can take the repair as there can comes issues what we cant affect.

If doring inspection is found that no issue is present or issue is made by user mistake (bad programming, bad flash, man made demage) we will charge you flash fee / rapair fee, handling and shipment back.

 

 

How to process the warranty repair

1. please carefully read the rules on this side, if you still need help write us the email with as much as possible details, we will try to help you.

2. fill the form in english and provide all needed informations. Ask us for RMA number, parcels without RMA number will not be prcessed and will be declined

3. pack the broken item well, include filled form and invoice (copy), send to our address. Please mark the parcel visibly with RMA
